Just thought I would get a forum started as we await the decision. Everyone feel free to post your overall GPA, math and Science GPA, and TEAS scores. Also why you want to be a nurse and what specialty you would like to work in?

Overall GPA 3.38

M&S GPA 3.4

TEAS 80.7

I originally wanted to be an OB/GYN, but then I got pregnant and decided I would just become an account (math is my favorite subject). After my stay in the hospital (labor/delivery & postpartum) I decided I can still be in the hospital setting if I become a nurse. I want to be an OB/GYN nurse.:heartbeat I eventually want to become a certified nurse midwife. :D

Please weigh in Clayton State Applicants!

I think also they give you stuff to so on that one website you can do the teas practice

Thank you, Mrs.Lewis! I'm trying to make myself sleep now but I keep going over possible questions and answers in my head. I think I need to just try and forget about it or I will drive myself nuts, lol.

I feel like it went pretty well but I don't want to jinx it. She explained about the insurance and fees, it's sooooo expensive! It's worth it though! I'm so excited to get the letters and get our uniforms and stethoscopes and whatnot.

Glad it went well:) I think next week will be nerve racking just wanting to get that acceptance letter and when will we get it.

You usually do the CPR course with the American heart association like 50 bucks

If you already have health ins you just have to show proof

You have to have your hep b and chicken pox or show a tired for it and be checked for TB

I have a friend in the program already and this is what I remember she said

i still have to take an approved elective along with patho this summer! do you all think they will let me take this course as my approved elective?

Contemporary womens health online is awesome, Ms. ** is great!!!

Also cultural diversity with Ms. ** is great too.

Who are you taking patho with? Ms. ** is the greatest, she is a wonderful teacher. Get all of your electives out of the way, best way to go.Let me know if you need anything for that class.
