Just thought I would get a forum started as we await the decision. Everyone feel free to post your overall GPA, math and Science GPA, and TEAS scores. Also why you want to be a nurse and what specialty you would like to work in?

I originally wanted to be an OB/GYN, but then I got pregnant and decided I would just become an account (math is my favorite subject). After my stay in the hospital (labor/delivery & postpartum) I decided I can still be in the hospital setting if I become a nurse. I want to be an OB/GYN nurse.:heartbeat I eventually want to become a certified nurse midwife.
I don't know but it does hurt to try!!! I wish i would have read this last night..but if you get this in the next 30 minutes...call her at 8:15-9:00. I'm sure they don't have too much going on when they first get in their office.
Yay!!!! I had just decided to give up on waiting by the phone for the day and got in the shower, and guess who called!!!!???? I saw the phone light up and I jumped out so fast! I have an interview with Dr. Weaver Thursday at 12:30. What kind of questions did they ask? I'm so excited!
OMG! Great. Basically they ask how your life is. Do you have a good support system? Why you want to be in Clayton's Nursing Program and why you want to be a nurse? Are you ready for the challenge?? My interviewer said all the interviews had to be done by this Friday! But not to expect to get a letter until the end of April! :anbd:...so back to waiting!!!!

Good! They are doing interviews all week! Does anyone know when we should hear something if we are accepted or not?
The person who interviewed me that we should hear something within the next two weeks. It doesn't make sense if they are doing interviews all this week. What do you think Mrs. Lewis?
I'm confused too...because my interviewer said we probably won't hear anything to the end of April! Does anyone know how many people they are interviewing?
my interviewer said we should hear something by the second week of april. I would hope to hear something before early registration which begins April 4...i think...my interviewer also said everyone (with the exception of 10-15%) who received an interview would be accepted...the other 10-15% would be "wait-listed"....good luck everyone
