We could also make a Facebook group for our class. It's probably not necessary right not but after June 4th it may be then everyone can be in one place as we try to finish up all the stuff we need to do in summer before the program starts.

Yes I'm taking statistics online thru PCC. Im so happy I get to take the summer off before the program starts. Are you taking any classes?

I am taking Stats at PSU, also Spanish and conflict resolution. I am hating stats and not doing very well. I took all my prereqs at PCC and loved it I just have heard bad things about their nursing program. The only reason I went to PSU this term was so I could continue with Spanish. Did you take your prereqs at PCC? Are for sure going to CCC or waiting for other schools?

I took all APs at PCC and micro but most of the others at LCC and UofO down in eugene. I applied only to PCC and CCC but didn't make it to interview at PCC probably due to nutrition expiring and B in math. So yes for sure CCC. Are you for sure going to CCC or waiting for others?

I think I will for sure go to CCC. I was very familiar with PCC but I have heard lots of comments that weren't exactly positive. My pros to CCC were

- smaller cohort - very nice instructors - nice building - closer to home - smaller campus (but they still had coffee downstairs!) - and the overall vibe I got. I felt like that was where I wanted to be.

OHSU I am still waiting to hear from and then I will accept my position. I don't think I will go to OHSU nor be accepted I just kinda want to see. It makes me nervous even accepting!

What about you, Orphihotel? Are you waiting for others or going to CCC?

alewis513 : I'm waiting for PCC also, but I went ahead and accepted at CCC. I've heard a lot of the same things others have commented on about PCC's current problems, and my friends who are in their first and second years there have confirmed a lot of what's been said here on the forums. CCC really impressed me during the interview process, and my friends that go to CCC now have been really effusive about the program. It's kind of a bummer, I live like five minutes from PCC, so the commute to CCC is a little crappy, but I gotta go with them because their program seems so much better.
