I've already substituted/replace a class to boost my GPA and that's the furthest I can get.

So I didn’t get into the program and I want to try again, but I already took all the pre reqs and I took A&P 2 already, so just to clarify I can’t retake a class I passed I would have to take the higher level correct ? So I should just do child psych ?

yes, you can replace intro to psych with child psych.

Lets say I take child psych and its not higher than psych, I can tell them I don't want to substitute it?

@Kiera20 Have you taken any upper level math courses? If you did and you did well, it can replace Math 1190 or Math 1275 and IT WILL NOT count as your one replacement. Thats how I was able to get in for this semster beacuse I had aready replaced Eng 1 with Eng 2.

yea, they probably won't look at your child psych grade if you got lower than intro to psych.

Don't give up just yet! try to look at other schools and their programs. I heard Kingsborough has a good nursing program and not as competitive. Maybe you can get your associates there and then transfer back to city tech or at another college. there's always options, keep your head up!

Hey guys!

For those who have been accepted, are you guys ordering hardcopies for the Summer readings, or are you guys purchasing ebooks? and if ebooks, which websites are you guys using? I'm in a dilemma because the textbooks they list says that that one should include CoursePoint and the other should include simulation
