City of Hope - New Grad August 2013

Hey everyone! Has anyone applied to the City of Hope New Graduate program? I applied a few days ago and will post on here if I hear anything. Best of luck to those that applied!

Does anyone know what the hours are like for the CIS position?

They haven't mentioned what the hours are like except that it's full time. Does anyone know if we get to wear uniforms, scrubs, or business casual?

Oh I think we're gonna wear like business casual - they can't have people mistaking us for clinical nurses. I've seen superusers before and they all just wore business casual.

it'll be 40 hours a week, but no say on shifts or even attire. the nurse recruiters think it'll be scrubs considering the higher risk for infection, but they still arent sure.

Really they said scrubs? Hmm weird cuz every other hospital I've been to and worked on projects at we wore business casual with/out lab coats.

Honestly, scrubs would be kind of awesome lol No having to primp and fuss--it'll be like rolling up in your pajamas booyah!

Thanks, I just got the background email...but they also said one of the hiring mangers was going to contact me. Just trying to figure out what's going on.
