A fellow student claims Cialis/Viagra is good for grades because it increase blood flow to the brain.
Is my leg being pulled?

I suppose they are vasodialators... but TBH, I think your fellow student is just using that as a lame excuse to mask his sexual inadequacy.

LOL!
Indeed PDE inhibitors are vasodilators and do increase blood flow to the brain (and other organs...). But increased blood flow to the brain does not lead to increased grades. Rather, is tends to lead to headache and blurry vision.
Bad grades are not generally due to hypoxia from poor circulation. They are usually due to inadequate study time.

And by whom.......................
Doesnt viagra also cause a blue tint? I would find that to be rather problematic in clinicals, since you cant tell if your patient is turning blue from suffocation.
If you really want a "performance enhancing" study drug, Addarell is pretty popular according to my friend at Berkeley. But I hear the hangover is killer.

Wow. I can't imagine the bodily repercussions [or stretch marks] when PDE inhibitors are used throughout your nursing education.
Imagine hitting 50 and REALLY needing them.
