Christus St. Catherine New Grad Program 2011

Hi ya'll,

So, can anyone tell me ANYTHING about Christus St. Catherine's new grad program in Katy?!

Got what looks like a secondary application and maybe even an interview there ((crossing fingers)), but can't seem to find anything on the message boards about it ... any input would be great. Just hoping they don't have 2 positions for each specialty and 1,000 applicants ...... :yeah:

Good luck, Anita and MissPamela! I got my first choice job in the ICU at Scott & White!!! I interviewed with SIX people! Lol! But, before I got back to the room, the director of the ICU called me and offered the position to me. I literally screamed and he was like..I take that as a yes!! I am THRILLED!!! I'm actually going around looking at apartments! Lol!!

LOL!! Thanks! I think I'm still screaming! I'm flying back in a few hours and I think I can get back to Jersey without the plane, I'm still on cloud 9! Yet in still, I don't think it's finally hit me yet! lol!

Okay, now it's my turn... I JUST GOT OFFERED THE CARDIAC ICU JOB AT ST. CATHERINES!!!!! I am beyond thrilled... Tia Shorty must think I'm legitimately crazy because I was hysterical on the phone lol. Funny thing is, I'm here in Houston for my 2nd Methodist interview tomorrow so I cancelled that and can now enjoy my 24 hours in Texas!!! I am SO excited :)

Not stop..apartment hunting! I literally just secured an apartment -- sight unseen! I visited a bunch of apartments but didn't get a chance to visit the one I secured. But, it was recommended by another apartment complex AND I've read great reviews on it. It's hard trying to find something being THOUSANDS of miles away so get ready! I don't think I can make another trip down to Texas before June, I've been there this month and last! So, I'm just praying it all goes well. Next stop -- time to find out how I'm getting all of my stuff down there!

Where is the apartment that you chose? Dallas, right?

My boyfriend and I chose an apartment before he started his job here in November, so we already have the place and settled. I just need to move my stuff in, which is going to be a challenge, lol! Im so nervous and scared for moving across the country (not to mention it's going to cost a FORTUNE), but I am way more excited than anything. Are you driving or flying when you relocate?
