Hi! anyone that had a second interview with a manager, how long did it take to hear back if you got the job or not?

Will anyone else be starting on the pediatric oncology unit? I was also wondering if there is a facebook group or somewhere we can connect with the other incoming nurse residents?

Hey everyone! I completed my online interview on June 30 and received an email that I've been entered into the talent pool on July 1st.  I haven't heard back yet about a second interview, does anyone know around how long it takes to hear back? Thanks!

it took 3 weeks for me to hear back about getting scheduled for a second interview after I was placed in the talent pool,  hopefully you hear back soon!

Hey! There is an instagram account for nurse residents and people submit stuff to be posted alot!! It's @chop_nurse_residency

Hi! Has anyone started yet and gone to the HR orientation? Are you supposed to wear scrubs or dress business casual??

Hi everyone! I’m a new grad nurse that accepted a position at CHOP in their Cardiac ICU roughly in the beginning of June and will be starting right after Labor Day. In terms of the application and interview process, in my case I felt it went fairly quick with submitting the application, getting a call about scheduling an interview, doing the interview, shadowing the floor and then receiving the job offer which really took no more than a month for the whole process but that could’ve just been the floor I was interested in and might be different for everyone. But let me know if anyone has questions and I’d love to connect with any fellow nurse residents working or starting this September!

Hi! I applied for CHOP new grad and just completed my video interview to determine if I would be placed in the talent pool. Does anyone know what the turn around time is to when they would tell notify me? My application says "in process". Congrats and best of luck to everyone!

Hi! I have a question about this program if someone could help me out! I am currently in an accelerated nursing program and graduate in May. Can I still apply to this program before graduating or do I wait until I receive my degree? There are already some people in my program who have accepted jobs which gives me anxiety that I haven’t even applied for anything yet! I have always wanted to work at CHOP and planned on doing the nurse residency program from the getgo. Soooo can I just start applying now?
