Awesome!! Good luck! I just got hired to start in April in their ICU float pool program. Are you interested in any particular area of CHOP?

yes! definitely the NICU but any unit would be interesting. how was the interview and application process?

Hi! So I just got hired by CHOP on the onco floor with a tentative start date in May.

The interview process was long. I originally applied in March 2020 but due to covid everything was sort of pushed back. I got a call from CHOP about a week and half ago asking if I was still interested. I said I was and after being screened by the HR recruiter, they scheduled me for an interview with the manager about a week later. And I got an offer the day after my final interview. Since I have less than 6 months of nursing experience I’ll be part of the residency program !

I got an e-mail yesterday to do a video montage, but I applied for the the licensed position if that makes a difference

Hi! I was just emailed yesterday to complete one of the video interviews. For anyone who has completed this step, would you mind sharing some of the questions they ask? I usually do pretty well prepping for interviews, but the fact that you only get a short amount of time to look at the question before you answer is seriously stressing me out LOL.
