CHLA Residency September 2016

Hi all,

I was just wondering who has applied to CHLA's residency this time around, and if you've heard anything back! The application was up during the first half of last week. Good luck to everyone! :)

Did anyone interview for the heart institute? If so did they mention how many positions are available and whether they were day or night shifts?

congrats on the interview! What unit was it for? I think each unit does it differently, some do 2 interviews or a phone interview first and some just have the 1 interview.

Thanks! But Oh okay it was for 6west, and yea that's what I heard from a nurse on the unit that there's only one.

It went good, they asked a ton of questions! But those general questions and more patient interaction questions along with some random ones. It lasted about a half hour.

I did not precept in peds (sadly we did not have the option) and my interview is tomorrow.

Yes! I went to school on the east coast but am originally from OC
