CHLA Residency September 2016

I was just wondering who has applied to CHLA's residency this time around, and if you've heard anything back! The application was up during the first half of last week. Good luck to everyone! :)

We should be getting e-mails with the packet by March 9th! I think they have to make sure everyone meets the requirements to apply for the program!

I submitted mine on the 3rd and haven't heard anything yet. I just checked the status and it still says my application is being reviewed and processed. I wonder if we would be notified somehow if we aren't getting a packet?

I applied the second day it was open and got my packet via email about 5 days later.

Working on the packet now to be submitted in person.

Not me, we didn't have the option. I am in med-surg.

Hi all! I am getting excited that it is almost April and there is hope that we will be hearing some good news soon ;)

I didn't have the opportunity to precept in pediatrics either but had my final practicum in oncology and my dream is pediatric oncology so I hope it can translate. As always, GOODLUCK to everyone as we endure this wait!
