Hey guys! I am starting this for the March 2024 Cohort at CHLA. As people hear back about interviews, hopefully we can update each other. 

I completed the first interview yesterday! Said second round of interviews will be 2nd week of December. The only variation in the first questions was they asked why do I want to be a pediatric nurse and why CHLA.

Hey! Does anyone have insight as to what the 2nd round of interviews is like?

depending on the unit they will reach out to set up an in person interview (usually a panel) that's between 30min to an hour. there was maybe 1-2 units I believe that held their second interviews over zoom but I don't remember which those were since last round I had to go in person! then the waiting game starts ?

IK! I hate the waiting game hahah. Thanks for letting me know. Hope we all hear back soon ?

was thinking this earlier! I haven't. my thoughts are just that it's the holiday week and most managers are taking time off ?

I was thinking that too! Final interviews are supposed to be next week into the following week so I'm guessing we should hear back beginning of next week bc of the holiday ?hope you all have a good holiday if you're celebrating!!

I got an email for 2nd interview too for the end of November. Mine is in person
