Yeah, I got an email to send my references a week or so after my interview

Got an offer from Rady's! The manager called and then someone from HR follows up.

Mine was 30ish mins on teams

Just finished my 2nd interview w CV Acute! Overall pretty easy, I think ? Asked about why CHLA/why the unit, tell me about a time you had to set professional boundaries, tell me about a time you made a mistake, and where do you see yourself in 3-5 years

Have not heard anything back yet either! I'm so anxious ahaha

Did they tell you when you'd expect to hear back? I was told by the end of November because the unit was still doing interviews. Rady's did take some time to let us know for interviews though, I feel like it would be around the same for decisions. Hang in there?

They asked me a lot of behavioral questions: Tell me about a time with a difficult situation. What are some of your best qualities? Tell me about a time you made a mistake. One question that really stood out to me was if a physician was pressuring you to do something you weren't comfortable with, how would you respond or how would you deal with it? Overall, not too bad of an experience.

Hey y'all! Has anyone heard back? My portal still says under consideration but it has been a couple days since they said offers would be sent. Is it safe to assume that I didn't get an offer?
