Hey guys! I am starting this for the March 2024 Cohort at CHLA. As people hear back about interviews, hopefully we can update each other. 

I am starting to worry since I have not heard anything, any one else apply for 4east and still waiting to hear back?

I did just look at the signup sheet for first round interviews and unfortunately I didn't see anymore open timeslots ?

who did the first round interview? could you please provide some insights into how it went?

I just did mine! It was really chill. It was just two people and they asked three questions (they were the essay questions). And then I asked a few of mine. The whole thing was only about 15 mins. Super nice people

@plantnurse123 Hey, would you mind reminding me what the 3 questions were again? I didn't realize that they would ask the exact same ones as in our essay questions. I've got my interview this Tuesday! Thanks in advance!

Why chla and what qualities do you have that would help you in this role

a time you provided excellent patient care
