Hi everyone.
I am planning on applying to Chico states' Nursing program for spring start. I just got my acceptance letter for the school itself, but have no yet applied to the program yet.
I just want to know about the school a little more. I wanted to see what everyone thinks about the city itself and the school, the good and the bad.
If you can just tell me your opinions about the academics, the staff, and faculty I would love to hear.
I would also appreciate what you think of the people and the city itself.
I have a tour scheduled for in a few weeks, but I really would like to hear what other people think too.
Thank you! :)
I do too @Ceci81! I'm ready to find out when we might at least know.
Anyways, if you guys want to communicate about other stuff that I know are prohibited in these forums (such as housing and whatnots), feel free to email me.
Hopefully they let us know by the end of this month. I am so ready to tell my job I quit. HAHA.
@NaCl-Ty, don't sweat the extra semester of Chico's program too much, the job market for new grads is horrendous right now so that extra bit of time might actually work out to our advantage (gives more time for the baby-boomers to retire and open up spots for us!).
@Jennybewbs that's Sophie.

Thanks Jenny! On Chico's nursing website, it has the guidelines for each semester of the nursing program. For semester 1, we'll have clinicals once a week, on Mondays, and I believe we don't have a class on Fridays.
