I am planning on applying to Chico states' Nursing program for spring start. I just got my acceptance letter for the school itself, but have no yet applied to the program yet.
I just want to know about the school a little more. I wanted to see what everyone thinks about the city itself and the school, the good and the bad.
If you can just tell me your opinions about the academics, the staff, and faculty I would love to hear.
I would also appreciate what you think of the people and the city itself.
I have a tour scheduled for in a few weeks, but I really would like to hear what other people think too.
I never received any email from the school yet, but it might be because i barely submitted my application on the 23 and it was verified by nursingcas on the 26.
I submitted mine back in September, but still haven't received one. I think they said they were going to email us once they start going through our application. I don't think they tell us our score that they calculate until we receive our letters.
They received my transcript!! :) I'm so happy! I submitted my application in last night so now all I'm doing is playing the waiting game. I'm so excited and nervous at the same time.
I happened to see this episode on the syfy channel a few months ago, I think the apartment complex was called something else when the lady lived there, but I googled it and the address was the same. It's creepy.
Creepy! I knew the story of Janice Hooker and her husband (crazy story, and I can't believe she got off. She's a psychologist now in town which is nuts) but hadn't heard about the ghost story. I'm sure you'd be okay, college students are in and out of apartments all the time. But I definitely don't blame you for not wanting to live there lol.
