Just and FYI, this class was approved for DCN to meet their chem requirement as of last fall. Not sure if you are using this for DCN or not.
Just thought I would share.

Here's cheaper alternative that was great for me this summer:

It is the Iowa Consortium of Community Colleges Online. The course in total cost about $400. Fall classes start Aug 23.

Hey thanks for posting the Iowa stuff! I think you just made my life alot easier. I've been trying to figure out how I am going to get all these pre req's done and Iowa is a good CHEAP alternative!

hi, i saw your post on allnurses about the chem151-152 with dr. klepper at iowacconline. do you mind sharing how this course was for you? i know it was a while ago that you took it, but i am actually trying to repeat my chemistry classes to apply for grad school for nursing. (i took chem classes years ago, and only got c's in them.) also, if they will let me i'm going to try to take 151 (inorganic) and 152 (organic) at the same time this summer, so that i can finish them in time for the application to grad school in october. are the classes extrememely difficult to the point that they shouldn't be taken simultaneously?
thanks

Does anyone know if the iowacc class includes the lab portion? I am planning on taking WSUs class this summer but it's so expensive! I need a lab component to apply to the nursing school I want to apply to.
yes, iowacconline includes the labs. its a program you download online, only cost me ~30. i'm enrolled to take inorganic this summer. starts in may.

Edukan, the Kansas community college consortium, offers Chemistry plus lab online. I'm finishing my second semester. It's not easy, but I'm happy to get to do it all online.
