Cheapest Way for A&P credits

Is there another route for A&P that may be less expensive then the Excelsior exam for A&P and mico? Outside of the community college route... as I want to get out of the way quickly.

Straighterline offers a self-paced A&P course with lab for $99 per month. If you can complete the A&P in a month, all you will have paid is the $99 plus fees.

be careful, though...some schools wont accept credits from any old place. check with the nursing school you intend to go to, before you sign up

Awesome! Last question lol... There which A&P option will give me the credit I need. There is I and II both with and without a lab. I had a previous A&P from the tech school where I received my LPN but they will not take it : ( Seems a little unfair if they are willing to accept Ace credits...

Be aware that you are limited to a total of seven ACE credits with EC. If you have questions about which one they will accept, you should call the school for clarification.

EC will not accept straighterline for core classes including Micro & A&P. This is specifically stated even on the Straighterline website.

Core Degree Requirements - Excelsior College does not accept outside coursework for transfer credit required for core degree requirements. Excelsior provides a listing of its core degree requirements in its degree program catalog provided on its website.

For the Excelsior College School of Nursing (SON), core degree requirements in Associate degree programs include Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, Life Span Developmental Psychology and Sociology. For Excelsior College SON Bachelor's degree programs, core degree requirements include Anatomy & Physiology, Microbiology, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics and Ethics.

No at a college level is ok. ACE credit is not. So if you took A&P at accredited State U. 4.5 years ago EC will accept
