Charity School of Nursing for Spring 2016

I am applying for the Charity School of Nursing in August to begin Spring 2016.

I had a question though--do I need to take all my pre-requisite courses at Delgado or can I take them elsewhere?

You can take them elsewhere, but make sure they are acceptable to the program. My granddaughter took Calculus at another university, but she had to retake it because it was a 3 hour course and Delgado's is a 5 hour course. Good luck.

I just sent in my application for this fall and my profile score is an 85 but I'm still worried because I went to school out of state and I'm hoping they look through my courses/application thoroughly to see that my courses are from a legit (and accredited!) school.

85 is an awesome score you will get in with it. And they so thoroughly look through your application. Make sure you filled out all the required information on the transfer courses sheet. My courses were all from out of state.

Hello everyone, I realize this is an older thread but I will be applying in August and I am already putting my package together. On the papers it says a course catalog description is needed for each course taken outside of Delgado which applies to the nursing curriculum.......I know it may seem silly but does that include English, Algebra, Anatomy Etc..... or is it just for nursing courses? I am petrified to mess up on my application package so I am overthinking. Thanks in advance!!

Any class that is part of the core curriculum of the nursing degree so English 101, 102, psyc, humanities, art, maths, a&ps, micro, ext.

Ok thank you very much! Do you know what the lowest profile score they may take is? if I don't do well on the HESI for any reason I may only have a 65.
