chances of being approved by the board???

I have a criminal history a DUI/minor along with No driver license in 2008, a MIP of alcohol in March 2008 which i paid of by community service, a MIC of alcohol in April 2008 the officer also gave me a ticket of an MIP of alcohol but it was dismissed, No driver license in July 2008, a Theft by Check Class B Misdemeanor in November 2009, No driver license and unsafe speed for weather conditions in 2009, and No driver license in 2010. All of the tickets happened when I was a minor except the Class B Misdemeanor and two no driver licenses from 2009 and 2010. I have complete everything the court requested me to such as alcoholics awareness classes and community service for each fine regarding alcohol. I have also paid every surcharge. I no longer have to pay surcharges, and I have a valid driver licenses. I also do not drink at all. I was just stupid and irresponsible kid which is no excuse for my actions because I did them, but I would have not made the same choices today. With my more than average long criminal history, do you think the board will approve my for my licenses. I just graduated in May with my BSN. I did receive a blue card in the beginning stating my background check was clear, but then the board had sent a letter in mail I guess requesting more information. However, I don't remember receiving it and if I did I did not complete the requested information do to already receiving my blue card. However, my eligibility to test for the NCLEX was denied due to incomplete application. So I had resend a new declaratory order with documents and statements. Do you think the bon will approve me or???

Don't lose hope! As long as you send in the appropriate documentation I would think the state would give your application a chance. Beef up the statements and documentation and give them the best stuff you can. I wish you the best!
