Hello Since my court case was pending at the time of my NCLEX, my fingerprints went through fine and I didn't have to report because technically I have not been convicted yet. Was able to pass NCLEX and receive my license. I'm currently working and still waiting my court date, my lawyer said that it is my ethical duty to self report to the board of nursing once I am convicted.

Awesome! So you didn't report anything to the board of nursing? And Thank you for replying!

Any info/advice regarding applying for NCLEX & license with a pending DUl in California? Got stopped at a checkpoint and blew a .14
I'm graduating in December, made a terrible mistake that I regret and hoping I can get some insight on how to navigate this next chapter of my life and the likelihood of getting licensed with this pending charge. Thanks
