    Hi everyone, so I graduate at the end of the month but got a DUI on new year in Las Vegas (where I live). Will I be able to still apply to sit for the NCLEX with an open case or should I wait until after my conviction to do so? I'll be disclosing what happened during the DUI regardless of the conviction being that they can still see my fingerprint history but I just wanted to know if an open case has to be closed before taking the NCLEX.
