Hi Everyone,
I have applied to Chamberlain College in Phoenix for the March 2011 start date! So far most of my credits have transferred. I will be taking my HESI a2 exam this next Tuesday! I just have a couple questions:
-How do you like Chamberlain Phoenix so far, is it worth the money?
-Did you find out if you were accepted right after you completed the HESI a2 exam or did you have to wait?
-What was the application process like, did you have an interview etc?
-How was the HESI exam in your opinion, do you have to have a 75% to get in, what if your score is lower, is there a chance of getting in?
Anyone who knows I would greatly appreciate any info on this school and your experience thus far! Thank you so much and happy holidays!! :)

Hi! Were you able to get in? How is it going so far? I have applied for the July 2011 start date and will be taking my HESI soon. Can you give me some advice if you have already gone through the process? Thank you.
Hi yang1021,
No I actually have to re-take the hesi a2 exam. I applied for July aswell! I am taking the hesi again next week and am keeping my fingers crossed :). When do you take your hesi? Good look to you, and I will keep you posted if I get in! :)
Really? Was it the exam hard? I am planing to take my sometimes next week but I am not really sure what to study... hope we both get in for the July enrollment
The exam for me was difficult...because I did not prepare for it. At the time I was studying for my Physiology final so I did not have much time to prepare before the start date in March. I did okay on everything except for the math portion, so I went and bought the online practice study guide to better prepare myself. I am taking my HESI a2 exam again on Tuesday. I am keeping my fingers crossed that I get at least an overall of 75%! Do you know how many spots they have left for the phoenix campus? I hope we are able to get in too....just worried because I know I am cutting it tight. Talk to you soon and best of luck! :)
I just wanted to let you know I passed the Hesi a2 exam! I got an 84% in Reading, 80% in Grammer, 80% in Vocabulary, 90% in Math, with an overall composite score of 85.79%! The online practice was just like the test! How did you do? I spoke to Chamberlain and they said I should find out by email on the 6th. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we both get in :)

KK4YOU--So, did you get in?
I don't know yet. My advisor said that they will let the students know by June whether they got in or not. I didn't do as good on the HESI exam as I thought I would so I am hoping to retake it again asap. Also the deadline was extend to May 16, did you know that? Did you get in? I hope we both get in. Good luck! :)
Oh, okay. I thought when you said the 6th you meant May 6th! I did, but at Carrington, not Chamberlain. Did your advisor give you any indication how many slots or what score you'd need to get in?
Hi Orangesky24,
Actually my advisor called me on the 6th and said they will let me know this Thursday the 12th! I am hoping I get in! :)
Congrats on Carrington! Do they have a BSN program? Yes my advisor told me they had about 16 spots left! I am not sure about the score, however I have 2.80 cumulative gpa and 85% on the HESI. I will let you know if I get in on Thursday so you have a better idea.....Did you apply to Chamberlain?
Hi Everyone!
I got my acceptance call today! Good luck everyone! Look forward to seeing you all in July! :)
