Chamberlain BSN 2023 - Sacramento

Published

Hi, I do not see a topic for future applicants of the BSN Program at Chamberlain starting January 2023. Just wanted to know where everyone is at in the application process. For those not applying to the Sacramento location, any input/stats/conversation would still be helpful!

For you to say that is not competitive is putting me to shame. The college GPA that I’m transferring from is a 2.8 and I got exactly a 76 on the HESI. I also don’t have any experience in the health field except some CNA classes that I never got a license for. So if I can get in then anyone could get In. I just got a welcome to chamberlain email and all I have to do is complete all my compliance requirements and actually talk to a financial advisor. Like these people seem to be dodging my calls. I waited 2 hours on the phone and still was not able to get in touch with anyone. Also I tried to send in my Ap scores and was not able to since collegeboard has the wrong address for chamberlain. I’m supposed to be starting next week and I haven’t met with any financial advisor to set up any loans or anything. So yea it’s not going to great for me either. But on the bright side I’m getting my fingerprint and drug test done tomorrow.

Hi just curious if you got into sacramento or Irwindale?

I dropped Chamberlain and will be attending the yuba Spring program in 2023. Since Delta is delaying, the final result is still pending until tomorrow. Therefore taking into consideration of commute, I am leaning toward attending the yuba nursing program

Wow, you are accepted in a lot of schools! congratulations! Yuba is also a great school and if that is nearby you then thats a big bonus! Is it too late for me to ask what your stats were for Chamberlain?

I got 86 and 84 on HESI. Never heard what the adjusted one was. I have all my pre reqs done and have worked in a hospital for 15 years so I think that may help things.
