Hi Everyone. Just wanted to share my CGFNS -VisaScreen experience.

March 9, 2019 - I paid for my CGFNS - VisaScreen.

March 14, 2019 - On the CGFNS website, I uploaded a US passport ID and HighSchool Diploma.

March 12, 2019 - Question Replied. I made a mistake of adding unfinished Nsg education from the PH. I did not use this previous education for my Canadian HighSchool & RPN-RN education so CGFNS told me to contact them and say to "waive it".

March 18, 2019 - Printed and filled - up forms: verification of license and academic records. Inquired 3 schools for respective personnel who would complete the forms. Went/Emailed to schools and BON personally. Paid for transcripts & processing fee.

March 27, 2019 - Question Replied: I am dual license: Registered Practical Nurse & Registered Nurse. Since RN is the relevant job I am applying to the US, CGFNS only required RN verification from BON.

April 14, 2019 - Question Replied: CGFNS stated that "signature was not authorized" on one of school/academic records. Contacted them and they said they would email my school. I emailed my school and found the reason to be New Person in Charge and CGFNS did not have that "signature" on their database. My school called CGFNS.

May 2019 - Inactivity. Pending 1 school to send transcript/academic record to CGFNS. It had been 2.5 months.

June 21, 2019 - They also received one of my delayed transcript/academic record.

- I received offer for Expedited Review; however, I did not pay for this.

June 27, 2019 - I finally received status as Report Issued. Email received to verify address. Received FedEx tracking #.

June 28, 2019 - Received ICHP VisaScreen Certificate via mail (FedEx)

What’s after ICHP? How long until you can emigrated to the USA?

1. Did you get a US State license yet?

2. If you have a US State license and a US employer who can provide an "employer letter" which you will then use to get your TN at an airport/border then you can cross within a week of you start date.

Hi, Yes I Dis have the USRN license issued and the Visascreen done. Thank you, I will contact my employer’s lawyer and see what he says.
