CGFNS contact

Hello. It's been a week since I've mailed my documents to cgfns. However, the status (online) is "waiting for required items". I'm just worried if they received my docs already. USPS status is still "available for pick-up". I called CGFNS but I can't connect to the #2:Application status for CVS new york. Their hotline is crazy. Repeating the options but not connecting me. They don't have an email add as well. I just want to tell them to pick-up the mail at the Post office. It's been there for days already.

Pls help. Is there any other way to contact them? Thanks.

It took mine 2 weeks before it was officially received by cgfns don't worry. It just means they haven't opened the envelope.

It does take a few weeks if at all to show up on account. I know mine up to CES being issued didn't change to say received

But @ USPS, it still says "available for pick-up". Does that mean they didn't check their PO Box yet?
