I have question regarding CES in applying nclex for Illinois. I've that the requirments are CES and TOEFL. I have my CES but i'm a little bit confuse because my CES was Healthcare Profession & Science Report but in the requirements i've read the needed CES is Healthcare Profession & Science Course-By-Course Report. i just want to know if my CES will be accepted? i hope you could give me an idea on this.
Hi! I applied online to IL BON. This is the only step that I've done so far. Now, I applied online to CGFNS for my CES(science report) Do I still have to pass the CT NUR? CGFNS CES will have my license verified for me, right?

Wait for your CES report before submitting your application to CTS. Although your CES report will indicate your license, IL BON still require you to submit CT-NUR.

I already submitted my application form to CTS as well as the Fingerprint card to the fingerprinting agency with the corresponding fees three weeks ago. Up until now, I dont receive any information/updates regarding the status of my application. Can anyone advice the next thing I should do? When is the best time to register and pay 200USD for NCSBN at pearson-vue?
Hi! I checked my application status in CTS. My only deficiency is the CES report. I haven't submitted my CT-NUR. It doesn't state in my status that I need that. Do I still have to submit my CT-NUR??? Thanks!

How can I select the examination I desire, test codes, examination site and the school code? would that mean that before i can submit this application form, I need to register for the examination?

I would just like to ask if i am doing my application procedure correctly here, I am applying from Manila, Philippines through the "written application" instead of the "online" option. But through the process I came to read CHART II - Examination Codes and Fee that I am prompted to also apply online through http://www.continentaltesting.net... So aside from the written application do I also have to apply through the web and pay the value intended for the service?
The form also asks for a 12-entry Test Code as well as a a 4-entry Test Center Code.. im not sure if I have to fill this out at this point? I'm applying to be eligible and i don't have the permit yet.
