I asked a manager why I didn't get an interview, one of the criteria the person was looking for was an 2-day ED/TNCC course.
I want to get into critical care, so I'm wondering what would be more beneficial to take and look better on paper: a TNCC course or a critical care course?
The TNCC is a 2 day course and considerably cheaper.
A critical care course is longer and 3x more costly.
So I'm not sure what is in my best interest to take for my skills and on paper.
Please help. Thanks in advance.

TNCC? it's so expensive. I never seen hospitals requiring other than ACLS and PALS
