Hello

I interviewed with Centinela Hospital in Inglewood and was wondering if anyone knew what their hiring process was. The Manager / Charge RN that interviewed me told me at the end of the interview that HR takes about 2-3 weeks to proces my paperwork. So do I follow up with the person that interviewed me or HR, and how much does HR influence the final decision if I have not met with anyone in HR???

Thank you!!

Hi Guys! I was wondering if I you guys can give me some advise I had an interview 2 weeks ago for Telemetry floor and the director emailed me last friday that she submitted my paperwork to the HR and they should contact me soon. I haven't heard from them its only been 2 days since friday, do you think its a good idea to call the HR and follow up? I havent signed anything yet and the waiting is killing me :(

Hi there! I know this thread is very old but I am hoping to find some guidance. I am a new graduate RN, BSN (December 2020) and I have been invited to an interview at Centinela for an ED RN position. This is not a new graduate position, from my understanding, so I am wondering if anyone knows how I will be supported in the transition (if at all)? Also, if anyone can provide some interview questions they ask there, that would be amazing! Thanks in advance.

Centinela pays very low. They have CNA union, but start at like low 30's, as opposed to Dignity Hospitals that start at $50+
