I interviewed with Centinela Hospital in Inglewood and was wondering if anyone knew what their hiring process was. The Manager / Charge RN that interviewed me told me at the end of the interview that HR takes about 2-3 weeks to proces my paperwork. So do I follow up with the person that interviewed me or HR, and how much does HR influence the final decision if I have not met with anyone in HR???

She wouldn't tell me the pay she said to wait for HR did she tell you the same thing? Did she make a copy of all your certification and license too? You don't have a start date yet ?

She just told me that it would be a low rate.Yup she make a copy all my certification and my license. No start date yet.She mentioned during the interview that it would be a 6 wk preceptorship.

Congrats both of you msmice and miles 214. I also had an interview on 11th and waiting for a call but havent heard anything yet. So just praying. Plz let me know if you guys get a call frm HR. Thanks
