I interviewed with Centinela Hospital in Inglewood and was wondering if anyone knew what their hiring process was. The Manager / Charge RN that interviewed me told me at the end of the interview that HR takes about 2-3 weeks to proces my paperwork. So do I follow up with the person that interviewed me or HR, and how much does HR influence the final decision if I have not met with anyone in HR???

In the DOU flr too. I have not sign any paper work.

Okay so the nurse manager said for you to call her on Monday or HR. And you where hired also? When did she say would be your start date ?

If you don't mind can you let me know what she says on Monday? Cause it's very unorganized for them to hire you and not give you any paper work.

Im not really sure if i was hired coz the manager just told me that they will call me by monday coz they are still interviewing other applicants..

If you were given a verbal offer, HR will send you an email to run your background check when ever the manager who interviewed you sends in your application. You can fax or email it back. After that you will get another call near the 3rd week of the month. Centinela does all their orientation things beginning the 3rd Thursday of the month, every month. So if you don't hear from them soon, you might need to wait till October. Good Luck!

The manager called me that im hired and wait for the HR to contact me.

Ok did she say how long it would take HR to contact you? Can you let me know when they contact you? I'm going on 1 week already without any word from HR.

She did not mention how long will i wait for the HR to call me. Sorry i forgot to ask.She just called me 30 mins ago.

She wouldn't tell me the pay she said to wait for HR did she tell you the same thing? Did she make a copy of all your certification and license too? You don't have a start date yet ?
