Cedars-Sinai RN New Grad 2011

Just wanted to know if anyone here got an e-mail invitation on Cedars-Sinai RN New Grad Program. I had my phone interview with them on December 29th. I received my e-mail today inviting me to the hiring event Open House for the Program on January 19th. I'm soooo nervous. It's been almost a year since I graduated and I finally got my first in-person interview! It's been so hard on all of us graduates! Let's hope for the best! :D

No. They're putting people on the waitlist now. I'm sure you can email the nurse recruiter and put your name on the list. You have to be BSN and have a 3.5 or higher gpa. That's what HR told me are the requirements.

I believe they are but how long do you have to wait though?

they'll let you know through email or maybe call you if they have another spot available for the open house.

being a foreign graduate, i don't wanna keep my hopes high. once they see that i didn't go to school here, i'm pretty sure they'll eliminate my application already but who knows, it wouldn't hurt me if i give it a try. some job postings even indicate LOCAL GRADUATES ONLY.

im not interested in it anymore, ive been to career fair in LA last month and nothing happened. they don't want new grads///
