Also does anyone know how the interview works? As in is it a panel or a 1:1?

No clue! A lot of bigger hospitals do a panel... but I definitely hope for 1:1

I’m assuming panel sigh

Also do you guys know if this is it in terms of interviews or would there be another one after this?

I want to say this is the last hurdle but idk if it mightve changed since I know previous cohorts had some assessment test but it seems like they stopped it?

I think not receiving the assessment is weird too, but I’m pretty sure this is it. I’m looking at past threads too.

Does anyone know what they mean by cover sheet for the portfolio? I just took this to mean a cover with your name and gpa/maybe basic info like your number. But I was thinking more, and they don’t mean a cover letter do they? Just want to confirm we don’t bring a cover letter.

Clearly I spend a lot of free time thinking this over and being paranoid ?

This is a front page of your portfolio, which has your full name and GPA. I personally haven’t added anything else to it.

Do you guys have only 2 letters of recommendations or you will show more ?

I was wondering the same thing! I have 4 letters of rec. I’m tempted to add a third to the portfolio, but not sure if I should. I have two great ones, but I would like to add this third one since she was a med surg instructor and I’m applying for med surg.

For those of you invited for interview, etc....do you all have a BSN as a new grad? I am graduating from LACONAH which is only a 2 year / AS program. By the time I earn a BSN I will no longer be considered a new grad. Thanks.

I have a BSN as a new grad! Although I think once you get the BSN you would be able to apply as a new grad, even though you technically aren’t. They might mean newly graduated more than new nurse.
