  1. Thank you both so much!! I really appreciate it. Funny enough, right after I posted it they changed it to need in person hours so disregard the top comment! :) thank you anyway!
  2. Hi all! I've seen a few posts like this one on here. I'm a Labor and Delivery nurse completing my master of nursing education at WGU. In order to complete this program, I am required to find a preceptor to confide in as I complete my capstone project. This preceptor has to have a master's degree with an active RN License, hold this license in the state I am in (California), and have two years or more of experience as a nurse educator in an academic setting. I have been having so much trouble finding this person at the site where I work. I feel like it's a bit of a long shot to find one on here, but if anyone would be willing to help this random stranger on the internet, I would so hugely appreciate it! It's important to note that we wouldn't have to meet up in person, and I wouldn't have to shadow you or bother you much. From what I've read this preceptor wouldn't have to do much, just take a 5min informational course. I essentially would use you as a resource while I complete my capstone. I would try to trouble you as little as possible! Again, seems like a long shot, but it can't hurt trying to find one on here? Thank you in advance! -Sophie
  3. Hi! She didn’t respond to me either. Don’t worry about it though, I’m sure she’s absolutely swamped.
  4. Hi everyone! I just spoke to Olivia on the phone. I was asking her about rescheduling the conference call since I have work. She informed me that the call should take 20-30min and you call the number in the email and dial the access code (lots of people will be on the call) I think I’ll just make a vague excuse at work and step out to make things easier.
  5. It definitely makes me feel nervous! That said, I also know I’m being paranoid for no reason because there’s no way they’d send these out to some people and then go “oops never mind!” ?
  6. Yep. That was how my acceptance letter was too. Super vague. But it’s from Olivia so I do trust it. Just confused why it was so vague and what the conference call will be about lol.
  7. I wouldn’t lose hope! I read a lot of forums from previous years and there were plenty of times some got callbacks days before others. I also think they are likely waiting for some to reject the offer. We got emailed after 6:30pm. That’s pretty late for the work day. I wouldn’t be surprised at all if they had to finish today.
  8. I'm having the exact same problem! I searched that exactly but only the august one is coming up. Is it allowed to post the link?
  9. Yes I was able to do that! I'm just so curious, especially in case she schedules me for a time way later than wednesday. I'm so curious about the job!
  10. Not sure if there's a FB group! I'd love to join if there is. You guys will have to keep me updated on what is said during the conference call! Unfortunately I have work during this time and had to ask if they could accommodate me at a different time.
  11. I interviewed with urology/plastic surgery. But there wasn’t info about my unit in the email.
  12. They’ve bumped up the start date which is slightly concerning since I’m working currently but still so happy.
  13. They just emailed! I’ve been accepted. It seems that they email acceptance letters now!
  14. I’m guessing it’ll be sometime this week! But it could be anytime up until next Tuesday if they take the full two weeks... I don’t think I could handle waiting until then lol
