Cedars-Sinai  New Grad RN Residency for the Summer  2024 Cohort is open, with a start date of Monday, February 5, 2024!

‼️Program start day Monday, August 26, 2024. 

‼️Virtual Interviews will take place on July 17 or 18, 2024

Did anyone get a call or email?

I think emails will be sent out on Monday? I got an email back, but it was because I requested to know earlier so I know whether to accept my other offer or not! 

I didn't get the position, but wishing everyone good news soon!

I got an email guys that I was selected into L&D... they said within 72 hours they'll send the offer letter and I should accept it within 24hrs.

OMG how exciting! That's a difficult unit to get in. Congratulations. 
When did you have your interview and when they sent you the email? Trying to approximate my chances LOL

I interviewed on Wednesday and girl it was a drilling moment. I was talking from 11:45 to 12:25am😂... questions back to back. But I was well prepped. I had my preceptorship at an L&D unit so I had some experience and they saw my passion. 
 

I received the email this morning at 9:30 am with details of receiving the official offer letter with 72 hours.

Congratulations! What kind of things did they ask for L&D unit? Were the scenarios focused more on pregnancy/delivery complications, or a combination of that and behavioral or general experiences?

Tbh, it was just personality questions and experience. I didn't get no scenarios except when they asked about patient teaching.

They want to see your passion and previous experience maybe through clinical, preceptorship, or volunteering.
Also if you're going to stay after the residency. Mostly I'll say personality.
