Both! Asked about yourself, why this unit, more behavioral situations, teamwork, stress management etc. Clinical questions were fundamental. Whatever unit you're interviewing just study common dx and interventions! Good luck ?

I Know I feel you and I graduated in December! The hospital I've been working at for almost 3 years has been on hiring freeze. They have 3 affiliated hospitals in my area, so it made things super competitive to get in elsewhere. Also I am not BSN yet (will be in May) and I've noticed such a difference when applying or not making it past 1st rounds. If you're in the same situation as me, technically I think we can keep applying until a year after we get our BSN. Either way...I've come to realize whatever is meant to be for us will be! we just gotta keep believing and trying ?

Did anyone get a separate email for the connectivity test or how do we access that when the time comes?
