Cedars-Sinai  New Grad RN Residency for the Summer  2024 Cohort is open, with a start date of Monday, February 5, 2024!

‼️Program start day Monday, August 26, 2024. 

‼️Virtual Interviews will take place on July 17 or 18, 2024

For those that have already finished their interview, was it mostly just personal or behavioral questions? I am so scared to get asked case study questions.

Both! Asked about yourself, why this unit, more behavioral situations, teamwork, stress management etc. Clinical questions were fundamental. Whatever unit you're interviewing just study common dx and interventions! Good luck 😊

Thank you so much! My interview is with L&D, so just trying to refresh my memory of all those common dx and interventions seems like I'm relearning it all over again haha.

They told me the recruiters will call you by tomorrow but latest Monday if you're selected

For me it was a combination of personal questions and clinical. I had 3 scenarios, and some basic skills questions (such as chest tube management, infection development, and something else). I also had couple of pharmacology questions. Not sure if I did good, in any case, I liked my experience.
