I'm in a similar boat for a different location. Completed live scan in June and have been waiting on the physical ever since. The HR call center said that a PAR was submitted in July and it normally would be assigned to an HR analyst to move along by now, but I guess since the hiring freeze they have no idea how long the process will take, since it needs higher approvals for budget purposes

No start date. Still waiting to get a date to complete the physical, but things have been in limbo for a few months. HR said a PAR was submitted a while ago but no HR analyst has been assigned to it yet

I heard they are going to close down the L&D, postpartum & NICU units. Not sure if that has anything to do with it but likely causing an internal nursing impact

Congratulations! What kind of things did they ask for L&D unit? Were the scenarios focused more on pregnancy/delivery complications, or a combination of that and behavioral or general experiences?
