Cedars Sinai New Grad Feb 2021

Updated:   Published

Hello everyone! ☺️

Cedars-Sinai opened their New Grad applications for the February 2021 cohort. I opened this thread so we can keep each other updated. Who else applied? I submitted an application and wanted to see if anyone else did. Application closes once they receive 200 qualified submissions.

Good Luck everyone!?‍♀️ ?‍♀️

Hello guys,

Did you guys get an interview time in the email for the 14th?

I just got the connectivity Microsoft teams link today, they said the department was to follow in the next few days.

Specializes in New grad registered nurse.

Hey guys! So I applied to cardiac telemetry and  the general medical floor, and it was updated twice on the 14th and 15th. Is anyone is the same boat or already receiving interviews? Thank you ?

Specializes in RN.

I believe interviews have already been sent out. I’m not sure about those units though.

I’m in the same boat. My application was updated on 12/14. I applied for pediatrics and oncology ?

Did you guys get notified on which unit and time you're going to be interviewed for today?

Specializes in RN.

Not yet. I just signed onto my cs portal and I see under email messages to schedule a phone screening with Aramik? Anyone else?

Did everyone receive which unit they’re interviewing for?

Hello everyone!

Jusy got my formal interview invite for 4NW MS /stroke. Anyone else interviewing for that department??

My application status hasn't changed. I'm guessing that this means I haven't been chosen for an interview. ? I've applied to every new grad opportunity down here in San Diego and although I knew that this one was a long shot at best, but I was hopeful that this one would work out. Does anyone have any advise for a nurse that is looking for a place to support me as I learn to be an amazing nurse? I know I can do this I just need a good place to start. ?

I’m so sorry to hear that! Don’t give up hope! Maybe they are still calling people? Can’t you call them to follow up on your application?

I will start applying to programs soon when I pass NCLEX and I’m afraid that it will be hard to get in. How long have you been applying to new grad programs? Why do you think you’re having a hard time getting in if I may ask, or is it just that they’re so competitive?
