tiene que parle, escrive en inglese...si no...potsa estudia en Puerto Rico en epanol y adopo viene aqui en America. Or aprenda ingles...y viene aqui con la licensa.

I could be wrong here, but SO many countries require English in grade school (unlike here, where we grow up expecting everyone to know English, and few bother with other languages - to me that's sad, but another thread :D)....and with English in America being a mix of "hood", slang, text, and other inaccurate representations of the language, how did one nurse who speaks little English end up here?

Try using the English- folks here would probably be much more likely to converse and help out- and the OP would get some practice...
