I am applying to CCRI nursing program in August for the spring. Anyone out there applying as well?

It appears that nursing will be lifting the five year expiration on BIOL1010. The only course that can't be older than 5 year is BIOL1020. BIOL1020 must not be older than 5 years when you are admitted or you will be required to retake it while you are in the nursing program.

Repeat limit, not really new, but is more likely to affect you now since we've had a few semesters since spring 2015, and course age on BIOL1010. Make sure that your BIOL1010 isn't more than 5 years old.

Does anyone know when the HESI exam is available in the spring? I wanted to take it in January, but I don't see a schedule posted yet? Any idea when I could take it?Also, if I wanted to take it twice, can I retake it in February and apply for the nursing program right after taking the exam? do we get score right after we take it?

Does anyone know if (in the new admissions standards) they will count points in between the GPA levels for the cumulative GPA category? I know that sounds confusing but I see that a 3.7 gets you 37 points and a 4.0 will earn you 40 points. If I have a 3.9 will I earn 39 points or will I be bumped down to the 3.7 level? I know those 2 points could make a big difference. Thanks for any information you can share. You can see I am already nervous for the February application period!

It's your GPA x 10. So yes, if your GPA is 3.9 then you have will have 39 points.

Ihaveanswers- on my ccri, I see (so far) that there are 6 spots remaining for Lincoln, and 5 spots remaining for Newport, when do we hear about alternate candidates?

hey everyone! quick question.... was wondering if anyone heard about orientation... i know we were going to be notified.. i tried calling ccri, obv no one was there, i left a message and of course no one called me back. if anyone knows when maybe they will be sending out info please let me know!!! very excited to start! thanks again!
