CCAC Prospective Nursing Students Fall 2015

Hi everyone! I'm new here, i'm wanting to apply to CCAC nursing program in the spring for the fall 2015. Wondering if anyone else out there is in the same boat? Or can i get some advice? I'm wondering if we're allowed to turn in reccomendations etc. I'm concerned because when i first started college i didnt care about my grades so my GPA is very low right now but i have all of the pre-reqs and co-reqs out of the way except A+P 2 and micro. Hoping to take those in the Spring/Summer. Has anyone else ever gotten in with a low GPA? Also, I keep seeing things about different campuses and people saying their "Allegheny evening" or "North Day".. where do you find out those schedules?? Thanks everyone!!

NOPE, and hating it. I was told by Mrs. Reed they went out on monday.

That's the same thing she told me. I have not heard of anyone who got them though. Wonder what is going on?

I'm surprised there aren't more people on this post, to be honest. Hopefully they come tomorrow, although 4 days is a long time for same-state mail I feel. :(

My mailman probably thinks I am a nut job. I've been freaking out for weeks like it's the golden ticket from Willy Wonka. I hope we get them tomorrow, I sent an email earlier this week and haven't heard anything back from her!

Nothing here either! I can also verify that a friend of mine hasn't received anything. We're both sitting at the 4.4/5.1 GPA range. Is this the first year they're accepting reentry for failing grades? Maybe they were overwhelmed with Apps.

If its any consolation, I was told that the number of applicants was actually lower than usual. how much lower? They didn't say, but it was enough for them to mention it.

I am hoping someone didn't forget to put them in the mail. í ½í¸± Someone should have gotten a letter by now if they went out Monday. Maybe she mixed up her dates? I am sure we are all going crazy right before finals too. Fingers crossed that SOMEONE gets a letter today. í ½í¸‰

I am at 4.5. My friend who is in the program already said someone in her class at north got in with a 3.2
