Good morning future CRNAs! I know we're all eager and awaiting interview letters from CWRU so I wanted to start a forum/thread so we can all keep each other informed.

Really? Where did you hear this from? Aren't they already are competitive with Akron?

I heard that from a CRNA who has current Case students. They said that they were making it harder this year

Mine wasn’t specialized. Like someone else said they’ll ask any meds!

It was rough and I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought that! I even thought the personality portion was tougher than I expected!

Just finished my interview this morning . I feel good about it. There were questions Ali felt confident about and some that I just didn’t know. I answered to the best of my ability and for those I didn’t know I simply told them I do not know but I will definitely look up.  Good luck to all of us as we await our decisions. I’ll be tachycardic until oct 5th LOL

Guys, just realized I made a mistake stating my interview date here. I had changed it to today because I had to fly back in state. Well, I had it! I feel like I blinked and it was over. Definitely had a couple of brain farts in the clinical part and I'm glad I didn't try to lie about it. I told them I didn't know a couple of times for sure. Tht panel interview also made it kind of intimidating. All in all, could have been way worse, but then again, I'm being compared to probably 60+ other applicants. I think I'll just not log into my email until after the 5th LOL

I had mine this afternoon. I thought it went well overall. I didn’t have difficulty with the meds, but I did answer one question wrong. It’s hard not to panic and to remember to think it through. I made a big mistake by not telling them I wasn't sure or by coming back to it and answering once I realized. It was not as hard as I expected so that is good. But I could overanalyze all day. They were all very nice. I wonder what day next week we find out.

The good news is it said in the attachments that they admit 15 to 20 ppl into each program and they interviewed about 76 people. So that's about a 50 % shot.

How did you find out they interviewed 76 people?
