They are accepting students into ASN in some campuses. They are not approved by Florida BON for ASN. Can those students still sit for the NCLEX?
If they revoked our license without any discripnary action then that would be okay. But if they put any discripnary action against our license as a fraud then we no longer be able to work in healthcare even though we are the victim in this situation. I hope that's not the case but be prepared to get lawyer. The guy who owns 50%of school is part of the scam in the previous investigation that's why they digg deeper. This is why I said it doesn't look good.
The school has changed of ownership and their application was denied that's why they started this investigation. Pretty sure there are some complaints against school as well. I don't want to go back to school as well. If your lawyer know anything please let me know. I am waiting to see what happened next.

Apparently they had partner ownership in 2018, then she left.
Here's an investigation on this Witherspoon guy

I found it yesterday, I can't go back to the floor because of this whole mess...
Just in case anyone was curious
I was working in NJ under a FL multistate license
I was working for a Davita.
Davita said I am under investigation due to me graduating from Carleen.
I talked to some FL lawyers and they said I can't do anything. My nursing license is active and clear. I can work anywhere as a nurse. The most the company will due is report to the FL Board of Nursing that I went to Carleen. But I'm not under investigation with FL BON, which means I can still work as a nurse. There's not much I can do with my job and told me to look for another nursing job. ?

No the Florida Department of Education messed this up.

The Florida Board of Nursing only was allowed to approve the schools curriculum. After that their hands were tied. Florida had the weirdest structure of all. The Department of Education was responsible for the nursing programs after the FBON approved the curriculum.
