They are accepting students into ASN in some campuses. They are not approved by Florida BON for ASN. Can those students still sit for the NCLEX?

I talked to some FL lawyers and they said I can't do anything. My nursing license is active and clear. I can work anywhere as a nurse. The most the company will due is report to the FL Board of Nursing that I went to Carleen. But I'm not under investigation with FL BON, which means I can still work as a nurse. There's not much I can do with my job and told me to look for another nursing job. ?

I'm under investigation by the company ONLY, not the FL BON, the lawyers told me to get a different job. Cuz my license is clear and active so I can still work as a nurse. This whole situation is so frustrating. I tried calling HR but they keep transferring me to different areas of HR so I gave up.  I was told to stay home until I am cleared, and the investigation over me is done. But I'm not gonna wait around, who knows how long that will take. Then I was told I had to use my PTO for the missed days of work too...

I called commission for independent education I was told they are not the one investigating Carleen FL BON is another person from there told me the FBI is provided me with a number to call them I did not follow through because I didn't think they were going to provide me with any info. I ended up calling FL BON I was told that the school is under investigation not the students as long as you're not one of the 7600 students you should be fine. From the last meeting I think the reason why Carleen is mentioned is because that Witherspoon from reading the transcript it is quite confusing as to when Witherspoon obtained ownership back in 2021

Thanks for the intel, I am wayyyyyy less stressed now, I just don't know if I'm getting paid or not and I obviously need money to pay my bills, so it's just frustrating but I do have hope now, thanks ?

Hope this come to an end soon. I'm waiting to see what's going to happen after March 31st.

 (??????)Stop thinking and Call them. They can give you the best information. Why didn't you want to get the BEST information? Learn what is going on by those who are actually doing the investigation.

This is about as helpful as "you were one of 7600'" Lottery players who may have won.

If they gave your the number CALL them

Does anyone have the FBI number? Has anyone been cleared by the NY BON? Does anyone have the Carleens catalog for 2021?  Does anyone know when Witherspoon bought the school?
