Is there any update on what's happen with the schools for FL BON? Is FL BON going to take away the licenses? I am almost done with my BSN degree. But I'm seeing my ADN is always going to give me problems. At this point I'll just use my bachelors and work and other job. Going through nursing school again is something I don't want to live through ?

Thanks for the intel, I am wayyyyyy less stressed now, I just don't know if I'm getting paid or not and I obviously need money to pay my bills, so it's just frustrating but I do have hope now, thanks ?

I'm under investigation by the company ONLY, not the FL BON, the lawyers told me to get a different job. Cuz my license is clear and active so I can still work as a nurse. This whole situation is so frustrating. I tried calling HR but they keep transferring me to different areas of HR so I gave up. I was told to stay home until I am cleared, and the investigation over me is done. But I'm not gonna wait around, who knows how long that will take. Then I was told I had to use my PTO for the missed days of work too...

I called NSO, they said you still have to get yourself a lawyer but they help cover the other portions of the matter. The insurance is portable as well. If you work in a different state than your multistate license it's fine.

Just in case anyone was curious I was working in NJ under a FL multistate license I was working for a Davita. Davita said I am under investigation due to me graduating from Carleen. I talked to some FL lawyers and they said I can't do anything. My nursing license is active and clear. I can work anywhere as a nurse. The most the company will due is report to the FL Board of Nursing that I went to Carleen. But I'm not under investigation with FL BON, which means I can still work as a nurse. There's not much I can do with my job and told me to look for another nursing job. ?

I was wondering why the school is under investigation! I already set up some consultations tomorrow with lawyers. I read on the forums how some people were able to protect their license from Carleen. I refused to go through nursing school again ?

I know and it's not fair because there are people out there that put in the work, I never thought this would happen to me. I worked so hard to get my license...

This happen to me too, I dk what is going to happen with the school. Put my job is under investigating me now so I have to wait until their investigation is over.

When did you get your NJ license? I'm still waiting for NJ to approve my endorsement from Carleen Health institute... it's been about a year now ???

What states approve your RN endorsement? I'm currently in the process of endorsing to NJ and I went to Carleen health institute. I've been pending my NJ RN license for over a year now. NJ BON asked me to fill out 26 questions about Carleen health institute, about tuition, schooling, where did I take my clinical, ect. Now they are asking for proof of me living in FL while attending Carleen Health institute. I'm slowly giving up hope...

I’m currently working under a compact Florida nursing license but my job is requiring me to get a NJ license because that is my state of residence. I’m just trying to figure out the loophole in this until I graduate with my BSN then I can use that as my transcript for transferring my licenses ??
