I am doing a care plan for my patient who went into cardiac arrest a few days ago. So I'm in need of nursing diagnoses.
So far I have impaired physical mobility r/t weakness. I also have decreased cardiac output r/t alteration in rhythm. I also have risk for impaired skin integrity r/t prolonged bedrest.
Any other one I could use?

I'm sorry I can't help you - but I had the mental picture of CPR in progress while you were fretting over a nursing diagnosis. :)
I need to go to bed......

Let's take a look at what might be happening to a pt post arrest..
Electrolyte imbalances - potentially, you would want to take a look at labs - Na, K, ammonia, LFTs, BUN Cr
Did they shock him? You could have skin burns or skin abrasions
Neurological - is the patieint intact or did they suffer any type of hypoxic event from the arrest?
