Can't finish app for LPN and no response from BON

I'm losing my mind. I graduate in a week and a half and like many others I have a checklist of items to follow in order to get my license. So I follow the directions and apply to Ohio's BON site and fill out my application...everything is good at this point...I finish and go to click payment and there is nothing to pull down from the menu box so I can't pay the fee for my application. I can see my application if I look at the dashboard and the status says Generate Fee but I cannot pay. I e-mailed the board on Friday and called on Monday but got an answering machine and I have yet to hear from anyone. Has anyone ever just gone to the physical address? Can I actually do that? I just want to give them my money because I literally cannot complete my fingerprinting and whatnot until my application is submitted.

Thank you for the suggestion, I had my fingers crossed but no luck. I'm seriously debating making the over 2 hour trip to the Ohio board but I'm worried I won't be able to get help there either.

Try calling again, use a different computer, see if there is a tech support number

Sounds like many glitches since they went live on 7/1.

Sounds like a system glitch with the new service. They won't accept your payment at the BoN

PAYMENTS: Fees must be paid online. Use Master Card, VISA or Discover credit or debit cards. If you do not have this type of personal credit or debit card, you can obtain these pre-paid cards at local stores to use for renewal.

Try using a different web browser, I like to use crome but some times certain state web pages like the (county clerk of deeds) do not work well with crome or fire fox and do not open fully, but when I use internet explorer the web pages work fine as long as my adobe and java is up to date.
