Need to make a poster for our cc in a career fair promoting nursing. Members of the community (including highschool kids) will be in attendance. Would appreciate any creative ideas for making a poster, especially if you have been involved in a career fair in the past. Thanks!!!

I would love to see something humorous for a change. How about a series of enlarged photos/drawings the first - A "typical" nurse in white - bwry look on her face bedpan in one hand and syringe in another the caption "Nursing - its more than just bedpans and shots"

The next few photos show nurses - all different types - male female short/ skinny/ overweight/ white/ black/brindle/polka-dotted:) all different scrubs/clothes doing everything from taking a BP to handing a child a teddybear with a bandaged leg to scrubbing for OT.

The idea is very "commercial" but sometimes you have to play in that field - I'll have a think and see if I can come up with other "angles".

Hi Vicky...i cant find the other thread re: pci vs. thrombolytics and I said that i would get you an article. I can't find the exact article but if you got to http://www.acc.org, it has all of the current standards for all kinds of cardiac things. Good luck.
