I am nursing student in Arizona. I was wondering if anyone can help me with the process. I want to get my LPN so I start working while in school, any help would be great.

Yes you can earn your LPN license while in school but you need to check your school first to see which block you have to finish in order to do so and check here azbn.gov

I know you're in AZ but other students from other states might see this. Many states do NOT allow this due to variations in the academic sequences in different colleges.
If any student wants to pursue this, the definitive place to go for the answer is your state board of nursing. Call them up and ask them, or check their website, where answers to questions like this are often posted in FAQs.
